CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginner Yoga ~ Beginner level postures and breathing techniques. Learn how these can benefit your daily life.
Restorative Yoga ~ Restorative yoga done with the assistance of props to support the body providing for a completely relaxing experience. This is a great way to start your weekend. Excellent for beginners, injury recovery and stress reduction.
Hatha Yoga ~ Basic and advanced postures to promote strength, endurance, flexibility, proper posture and improved breathing functions to clear the mind and aid in restoring balance to the body.
Yoga Core ~ Strengthen the core of the body using basic yoga/pilates postures. Beginner to advanced level. Bring your own ball.
Core Blast ~ 30 minutes of just core exercises from multiple disciplines such as dance, yoga, pilates, strength training and others.
Tai Chi ~ Lu style Tai Chi is a martial art that uses internal energy in spiral and wave like movements to strengthen the body by improving balance and awareness.
Qi Gong ~ Qigong (or ch'i kung) is an internal Chinese meditative practice that often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi within the human body, and enhance a practitioner's overall health.
Zumba Gold ~ Ditch the Workout and join the PARTY! Learn to ChaCha, Tango and Salsa like the pros while having fun burning calories. No partner needed.
Vinyasa Yoga ~ Vinyasa is a fun, invigorating class where the body and mind playfully explore yoga postures by linking the breath and movement. By creating a fluid movement which is both energizing and powerful, this is great way to learn the movement based approach of vinyasa yoga. Practicing Vinyasa yoga will lead to greater strength, flexibility and a calm mind. ($15, no passes)
